A Happy Mother's Day Week End!

After many requests from blog followers, I finally talked Mom into a few photos. These were taken this past weekend at my nieces graduation celebration from the University of Memphis. Mom is continuing to do well. She had a visit with the infectious disease doctor yesterday who said that he was 'pleased with her progress'. He wants her to continue her IV antibiotic therapy for another four weeks.

Here is the "  Mobile IV Cart"   that I mentioned in the previous update.. Pretty creative don't you think? It's also handy for holding her handbag!

Proud 'Nana' and grand daughter, Kristy, after her graduation from University of Memphis. Kristy was honored with a State award. She was the recipient out of all 4 year Universities in the state. We are all so proud for her!

Kristy and her award....
